Admini is an online accounting and personal finance management service designed especially for small businesses and consumers. These Terms of Use are intended to explain our obligations as a service provider and your obligations as a customer. Please read them carefully.

These terms are binding on any use of Admini and apply to you from the time that Admini provides you with access to Admini.

Admini is a service of Pimpernel Data Communicatie BV - a Dutch limited liability company - founded in 1993 (Chamber of Commerce registration 23075846 / VAT registration NL803145536B01 / address: Laarstraat 15a, 7201 CA Zutphen, The Netherlands).

Admini will evolve over time based on user and subscriber feedback as well as Admini’s own decisions to improve or extend the services Admini offers. These terms are not intended to answer every question or address every issue raised by the use of Admini. Admini reserves the right to change these terms at any time, effective upon the posting of modified terms and Admini will make every effort to communicate these changes to you via email or notification via the website. It is likely the terms of use will change over time. It is your obligation to ensure that you have read, understood and agree to the most recent terms available on the Website.

By registering to use Admini you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and have the authority to act on behalf of any person for whom you are using Admini. You are deemed to have agreed to these terms on behalf of any entity for whom you use Admini. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

Use of Admini

Admini grants you the right to access and use Admini via its website with the particular user roles available to you according to your subscription. This right is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited by and subject to this agreement. You acknowledge and agree that, subject to any applicable written agreement between the subscriber and the guest users, or any other applicable laws: the subscriber determines who is a guest user and what level of user role access to the relevant organization and service that guest user has; the subscriber is responsible for all guest users of Admini; the subscriber controls each guest user’s level of access to the relevant organization and service at all times and can revoke or change a guest user’s access, or level of access, at any time and for any reason, in which case that person or entity will cease to be a guest user or shall have that different level of access, as the case may be; if there is any dispute between a subscriber and a guest user regarding access to any organization or service, the subscriber shall decide what access or level of access to the relevant data or service that guest user shall have, if any.

Trial period, renewal and cancellation rules

Using Admini always starts with a free period of 30 days. There is no obligation to continue during or after this free period and it can be cancelled at any time. After the free trial period the user can continue as a paying user on either a monthly basis or an annual basis. Your subscription renews automatically after either each month or each year. If you change your mind after joining as a paying member or after a renewal charge has been made, you are still able to cancel the subscription by notifying us in writing or by emailing us at support@admini.com, provided that we receive such notice or email by no later than the end of the seventh working day following the date of the charge. If you cancel your subscription during such period, we will refund to you the subscription fee.

Revisions and errata

The materials appearing on Admini's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Admini does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Admini may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Admini does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.


The materials on Admini's web site are provided "as is". Admini makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Governing law

Any claim relating to Admini's web site shall be governed by the laws of the of The Netherlands without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
